Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 1, 2026  —  Governing Law: State of Texas

Andrew White Consulting LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information obtained through our website at andrewwhiteconsulting.com (the "Site"). Please read this policy carefully. By using the Site, you accept the practices described herein.

1. Information We Collect

We collect two categories of information: information you provide voluntarily and information collected automatically.

Information You Provide

When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we collect:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number (if provided)
  • Your company name and role (if provided)
  • The content of your message or inquiry

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, certain technical information is collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools, including:

  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Browser type and version
  • Device type and operating system
  • Pages viewed and time spent on each page
  • Referring URL (the site you visited before arriving here)
  • Date and time of your visit

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to inquiries you submit through our contact form
  • To evaluate whether a consulting engagement may be a fit
  • To send you information you have requested about our services
  • To improve the Site's performance and user experience
  • To understand how visitors find and interact with the Site
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use your personal information to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell your data to third parties under any circumstances.

3. Cookies and Analytics

This Site uses Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized data about Site traffic and usage patterns. Google Analytics uses cookies — small text files stored in your browser — to recognize returning visitors and track behavior across sessions.

Data collected by Google Analytics is used solely to understand aggregate site performance and is not combined with personally identifying information. You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies or delete existing cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain Site features but will not prevent you from accessing content.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with a limited number of trusted service providers to operate the Site and respond to inquiries. These providers access your information only as needed to perform their services on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

  • Email delivery provider — used to receive and manage inquiry submissions from our contact form
  • Google Analytics — used for anonymized website traffic analysis (see Section 3)
  • Website hosting (Netlify) — provides secure, CDN-distributed hosting for the Site

We do not share personal information with advertising networks, data brokers, or social media platforms for targeting or remarketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for a period sufficient to respond to your inquiry and, if an engagement follows, to support the business relationship. Inquiries that do not result in an engagement are retained for no longer than 24 months, after which they are deleted.

Anonymized analytics data collected through Google Analytics is governed by Google's own retention policies, which are set by default to 14 months for user-level data.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

  • Right to access — You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to correction — You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to deletion — You may request that we delete personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
  • Right to opt out of sale — We do not sell personal information; this right is inherently satisfied.

Texas residents may also have additional rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA). California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 9 below. We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days.

7. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. The Site is delivered over HTTPS with TLS encryption. Our hosting provider (Netlify) maintains SOC 2 Type II certification and operates on a globally distributed, secure infrastructure.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we take data protection seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

8. Children's Privacy

This Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
